About the Founder
Scott Pape brings over 15 years of hands-on industry experience in power generation and electrical distribution. He began his career as a project manager, coordinating complex removal and upgrade jobs. Over time, he advanced to Director—overseeing company-wide procurement and sales of switchgear, transformers, and generators.
Before founding Pacific Northwest Power, Scott served as VP of Operations at a national equipment supplier, where he managed day-to-day operations, large-scale equipment purchases, generator inventory, and high-value sales. His background combines field-level insight with executive leadership—giving clients a partner who understands both the technical and business sides of the industry.
